2. HOW CAN YOU FILE A CLAIM REGARDING A COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT? Valid claim must be a written communication that includes all of the following elements:

b) Identification of copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;

c) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;

Please note, there are substantial penalties for false claims, and we can also disable your accounts. We reserve the right to accept or reject your claim, at our sole judgment and discretion.

f) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.

g) A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the trademark or are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the trademark owner
